Yes! University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine (UFCVM) graduate students can attend the conference FREE.
Veterinarian, team member and veterinary student registrations include access to all continuing education sessions, the exhibit hall, lunch on Friday and Saturday, conference proceedings and all breaks and special events held in the exhibit hall.
The spouse/guest pass includes access to the exhibit hall, lunch on Friday and Saturday, and all breaks and special events held in the exhibit hall. This pass does not include CE credit or access to conference proceedings.
Yes! The course will be offered on Sunday, September, 17 and is free for all conference attendees.
Can’t make it to TGAVC but still want to attend? You can buy a pass for JUST the Florida Laws and Rules & Dispensing Legend Drugs course.

This event’s program is pending AAVSB/RACE approval for continuing education credits. Each 50-minute lecture is equal to one (1) continuing education credit.
For your convenience in recording your CE hours, one certificate will be included in your registration packet. It is your responsibility to document the sessions you attend and the number of hours you receive. Conference attendees’ CE hours will be reported to AAVSB/RACEtrack.

Yes! All certificates will be sent to the email address used during registration after the conference has concluded. You will also receive a copy of your certificate with your badge upon arrival at the conference.
Wet lab certificates will be distributed on the same day as the session attended. Please note that you must be scanned into the session to be marked as ‘attended’ and receive a certificate.
Yes! You will also receive a USB containing a copy of of all conference proceedings with your badge upon arrival at the conference. A link to download the proceedings will also be sent to the email address used during registration after the conference has concluded.
The exhibit hall will be open Friday, September 15, from 11:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. and Saturday, September 16, from 9 a.m. to 1:10 p.m. Over 80 exhibitors will be in attendance.
Cancellations should be submitted to the FVMA in writing via email to meetings@fvma.org and acknowledged by the deadlines noted below to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations after these dates and no-shows are not refundable.
CONFERENCE PASSES
The cancellation deadline for a full refund of registration fees minus a $50 administrative charge is September 1, 2023.
WET LAB REGISTRATION
The cancellation deadline for a 50% refund on the wet lab fee is September 1, 2023.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
All booth reservations are final. No cancellations or refunds.
Once a wet lab is sold out, you may not able to switch your wet lab seat once purchased.
HOTEL PARKING
The Tampa Marriott offers valet only parking. However, FVMA guests and daily visitors get 25% off prevailing rates.

Public parking is available at the Pam Iorio parking garage, located at 640 S Florida Ave, Tampa, FL 33602. This is a 2 minute walk to the Tampa Marriott hotel.
Persons with disabilities who plan on attending the FVMA Annual Conference and need auxiliary aids or services can make arrangements for these resources by contacting the FVMA office at (800) 992-3862 no later than August 15, 2023.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the FVMA’s conferences and/or other activities, constitutes an agreement by the registrant for the FVMA’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image and/or voice. This includes the use and distribution of photographs, video, electronic reproductions, and audio of registrants/attendees at any and all events and activities.
All attendees must agree to the FVMA Photo Release Consent Form at the time of registration located in the Terms & Conditions section.
Registration and attendance also constitute an agreement by the registrant for the FVMA’s use and distribution, and FVMA industry partner/exhibitor use (now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s email or mailing address.
AAVSB/RACE Information
This program is pending AAVSB/RACE approval for 267 continuing education credits. The maximum number of credits available to veterinarians will be 27 CE hours. The maximum number of credits available to veterinary technicians and team members will be 16 CE hours. Each 50-minute lecture is equal to one (1) continuing education credit. For your convenience in recording your CE hours, one certificate will be included in your registration packet. It is your responsibility to document the sessions you attend and the number of hours you receive. Conference attendees’ CE hours will be reported to AAVSB/RACEtrack.
