The comprehensive equine ultrasound wet lab will take place on Friday, October, 20. You can buy a pass for just the wet lab, or you can add the wet lab onto your conference pass to save $500!

Yes! University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine (UFCVM) graduate students can attend the conference FREE.
Please note, lunch is not included with this conference pass.
Conference passes include access to all continuing education sessions, the exhibit hall, lunch, conference proceedings, and all breaks and special events held in the exhibit hall.
The spouse/guest pass includes access to the exhibit hall, lunch, and all breaks and special events held in the exhibit hall. This pass does not include CE credit or access to conference proceedings.
Student passes do not include lunch.
Yes! The course will be offered on Thursday, October 19 and is free for all conference attendees.
This event’s program is pending AAVSB/RACE approval for continuing education credits. Each 50-minute lecture is equal to one (1) continuing education credit.
For your convenience in recording your CE hours, one certificate will be included in your registration packet. It is your responsibility to document the sessions you attend and the number of hours you receive. Conference attendees’ CE hours will be reported to AAVSB/RACEtrack.
On-site registration will be available at the FVMA/FAEP registration desk.

Yes! All certificates will be sent to the email address used during registration after the conference has concluded. You will also receive a copy of your certificate with your badge upon arrival at the conference.
Wet lab certificates will be distributed on the same day as the session attended. Please note that you must be scanned into the session to be marked as ‘attended’ and receive a certificate.
Yes! You will also receive a USB containing a copy of of all conference proceedings with your badge upon arrival at the conference. A link to download the proceedings will also be sent to the email address used during registration after the conference has concluded.
The exhibit hall will be open Friday, October 20, from 9:45 a.m. – 6:45 p.m. and Saturday, October 21, from 8:00 a.m. – 1:45 p.m. Over 50 exhibitors will be in attendance.
Cancellations should be submitted to the FVMA/FAEP in writing via email to meetings@fvma.org and acknowledged by the deadlines noted below to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations after these dates and no-shows are not refundable.
CONFERENCE PASSES
The cancellation deadline for a full refund of registration fees minus a $50 administrative charge is September 8, 2023.
WET LAB REGISTRATION
The cancellation deadline for a 50% refund on the wet lab fee is September 8, 2023.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
All booth reservations are final. No cancellations or refunds.
HOTEL PARKING
The Hilton West Palm Beach offers valet only parking. However, FVMA/FAEP guests and daily visitors get discounted rates.

Persons with disabilities who plan on attending and need auxiliary aids or services can make arrangements for these resources by contacting the FVMA/FAEP office at (800) 992-3862 no later than September 15, 2023.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the FVMA/FAEP’s conferences and/or other activities, constitutes an agreement by the registrant for the FVMA/FAEP’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image and/or voice. This includes the use and distribution of photographs, video, electronic reproductions, and audio of registrants/attendees at any and all events and activities.
All attendees must agree to the FVMA Photo Release Consent Form at the time of registration located in the Terms & Conditions section.

AAVSB/RACE Information
This program #20-1080678 is pending AAVSB/RACE approval for 41 continuing education credits. The maximum number of credits available to veterinarians will be 26 CE hours. The maximum number of credits available to veterinary technicians and team members will be 23 CE hours. Each 50-minute lecture is equal to one (1) continuing education credit. For your convenience in recording your CE hours, one certificate will be included in your registration packet. It is your responsibility to document the sessions you attend and the number of hours you receive. Conference attendees’ CE hours will be reported to AAVSB/RACEtrack.
