The PERMAH Well-being Survey gives FVMA members a new benefit
One of the most significant parts of our efforts is ensuring we take care of our veterinary professionals with the same effort you employ to take care of our animals.
As a new, limited-time addition to your well-being benefits as an FVMA member, we’ve partnered with the PERMAH Workplace Survey, an evidence-based tool to make it easy to figure out how you’re feeling and functioning lately at work. It will help you check in on how you, your workplace team, the workplace itself and the FVMA are doing by providing detailed insight into your own well-being.
The results will also help us at the FVMA make the most effective well-being resources available based on your responses. These results will help veterinary professionals both in Florida and nationally.
This survey will take you less than five minutes to complete. Your results are strictly confidential. No one in the organization will be able to identify your answers. Best of all there is no such thing as a perfect score – just the scores that work best for you.
If you are concerned about your score and would like to speak with a counselor our Member Assistance Program can help. You can call 704-529-1428 or 800-633-3353 at any time during the day, seven days a week. The MAP staff provide free, confidential, short-term counseling and personal consultation.
The survey is open until September 05, 2022, and all you need to do is to click the link below to get started, create your username and password, and in a few simple steps you’ll complete the survey, and be able to see and make sense of your results immediately.
Once you’ve completed the survey, you will receive a personal well-being report, where you will have the option to delve deeper and develop a personal well-being plan.
Reminder: the survey closes September 05, 2022.
