The comprehensive equine ultrasound wet lab will take place on Friday, Jan. 19, at the Equine Medical Center of Ocala – the premier equine specialty hospital in Central Florida.
You can buy a pass for just the wet lab – or you can add the wet lab onto your conference pass to save $200!

Yes! University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine (UFCVM) graduate students can attend the conference for FREE.
Conference passes include access to all continuing education sessions, the exhibit hall, lunch, conference proceedings, and all breaks and special events.
The spouse/guest pass includes access to the exhibit hall, lunch, and all breaks and special events held in the exhibit hall. This pass does not include CE credit or access to conference proceedings.

Yes! The course will be offered on Sunday, Jan. 21, and is free for all conference attendees. Lunch will be served in between the Dispensing Legend Drugs portion of the course and the Florida Laws and Rules portion.

The maximum number of credits available to veterinarians will be 25 CE hours, compromised of 17 lecture hours and 8 wet lab hours. The maximum number of credits available to veterinary technicians and team members will be 14 CE hours. Each 50-minute lecture is equal to one (1) continuing education credit.
For your convenience in recording your CE hours, one certificate will be included in your registration packet. It is your responsibility to document the sessions you attend and the number of hours you receive. Conference attendees’ CE hours will be reported to AAVSB/RACEtrack.

Yes! After the conference has concluded, all certificates will be sent to the email address used during registration. You will also receive a copy of your certificate at the conference.
Wet lab certificates will be distributed on the same day as the session attended or immediately after the conference has concluded. Please note that you must be scanned into the session to be marked as ‘attended’ and receive a certificate.
Certificates for the Florida Laws & Rules and Dispensing Legend Drugs course will be distributed at 2:50 p.m. on Sunday.
Yes! A link to download the proceedings will be sent to the email address used during registration. Proceedings will be emailed before the conference and with post-conference digital certificates.
A link to download the proceedings will also be included in your on-site program and the conference app.
We are proud to announce that this year’s exhibit hall will be hosted at the World Equestrian Center – Ocala.
The exhibit hall will be open on Saturday, Jan. 20, from 9:40 a.m. – 5:40 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 21, from 9:40 a.m. – 1:10 p.m.

Cancellations should be submitted to the FVMA/FAEP in writing via email to meetings@fvma.org and acknowledged by the deadlines noted below to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations after these dates and no-shows are not refundable.
CONFERENCE PASSES
The cancellation deadline for a full refund of registration fees minus a $50 administrative charge is Dec. 20, 2023.
WET LAB REGISTRATION
The cancellation deadline for a 50% refund on the wet lab fee is Dec. 20, 2023.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
All booth reservations are final. No cancellations or refunds.
