Dr. Rafferty oversees over 160 hospitals in her position but takes time to meet with each veterinarian individually, learn about their struggles and needs, and tries to work through solutions to support them. She has provided training sessions to help the chief of staff leaders at each hospital be better leaders for their teams as well. She cares deeply about the veterinarians she works with and makes their lives better through her work.
