Florida Association of Equine Practitioners

The FAEP is focused on improving the well-being of Florida’s equine friends and providing equine-focused learning opportunities.

The Florida Association of Equine Practitioners (FAEP) is an equine-exclusive Florida Veterinary Medical Association (FVMA) division. The FAEP’s mission is to support its members’ professional development and educate them on issues affecting the equine industry, as well as methods for improving equine welfare in Florida. The FAEP offers world-class, equine-exclusive continuing education at two annual conferences: the Promoting Excellence Symposium and the Ocala Equine Conference. The FAEP also runs and distributes the equine-focused publication, The Practitioner, to FAEP members.
