Each 8-by-10-foot booth space includes:

• Two booth personnel badges
• Complimentary booth personnel lunch on Friday and Saturday
• One six-foot skirted table with two chairs
• One wastebasket

Exhibitor Service Kit

Gulf Coast Expo is the preferred drayage company for exhibits and setup. We recommend using their services to ship materials directly to the event. They will deliver your shipment to your designated booth during setup. More information will be available soon.

Floorplan

Booth assignments are determined based on sponsorship level, exhibitor requests, Educational Partner level, the date the exhibit contract is received, and efforts to separate competing exhibitors when possible.
