Take full control of your continued education (CE) experience by creating your preferred lecture schedule before the conference begins. This new app feature ensures you won’t miss out on the sessions you care about most while giving you peace of mind, knowing your education credits are ready upon arrival.
You must have a volunteer scan your conference badge before you enter a session. They will be posted outside the rooms before the start of your lecture or wet lab.

The registration desk will be open during the following days and times:
Thursday, April 10 from 7 A.M. – 7:30 P.M.
Friday, April 11 from 7 A.M. – 6 P.M.
Saturday, April 12 from 7 A.M. – 6 P.M.
Sunday, April 13 from 7 A.M. – 12 P.M.
Look for one of our volunteers on the conference floor. All volunteers will be wearing black shirts with a pink button that says, “Need Help?”
Yes, recordings will be available after the conference. Once they are ready, you can find them – here. We will also send an email with the link to the address you used during registration.

For your convenience in recording your CE hours, one certificate will be included in your registration packet. It is your responsibility to document the sessions you attend and the number of hours you receive. Conference attendees’ CE hours will be reported to AAVSB/RACEtrack.
All Wet Lab attendees must collect their badges from the registration desk prior to entering the Wet Lab rooms. Badges will be scanned to ensure attendance at the labs.
Scrubs and Closed Toe Shoes Required.
Once a Wet Lab is sold out, you may not be able to switch your Wet Lab seat once purchased. If you are interested in signing up for a Wet Lab onsite or changing to another lab, please visit the registration desk to check availability.
CE certificates will be sent to the email address used during registration after the conference has concluded. Printed conference certificates will be included in your welcome bag. Welcome bags will be distributed at the registration desk when you collect your badge. Wet lab certificates will be distributed the day of your lab with your wet lab notebook. A digital copy will also be emailed. Please note that your badge must be scanned into the session to be marked as ‘attended’ and receive a digital certificate.

Parking is not included with your conference pass. However, it is discounted for the FVMA Annual Conference attendees. Here are the daily conference parking rates for attendees:
Attendees staying at the hotel can use their room key to enter and exit the property without accruing entrance/exit fees. Attendees not staying at the property DO NOT have in/out privileges and will need to keep their original parking ticket and get a chaser ticket from the FVMA Registration Desk. If you have any functionality issues with the chaser ticket, please see the parking attendant or hotel front desk for assistance.
