If you are participating in our Comprehensive Equine Ultrasound Wet Lab, you will rotate through specialized anatomical stations, practicing with ultrasound probes and engaging with expert instructors at each stop. Your registration covers all station rotations, breakfast and lunch, and convenient transportation between the hotel and the wet lab venue. You will receive an email to which group you are in by Friday, September 26th. If you have not received your group assignment, please email Jason Smith at Jason.smith@fvma.org.
This Equine Ultrasound Rotation will include a 2.5-hour ultrasound demonstration by Dr. Jean-Marie Denoix followed by four hands-on stations facilitated by:
Bus transportation will be provided between the hotel and wet lab facility. Breakfast and lunch are also included.

All wet lab attendees must take the provided shuttle unless separate arrangements have been made directly with FAEP. Parking at the facility is limited.
6:45 a.m.- Both Group A and Group B, please meet in the Caribbean Foyer for the shuttle to the wet lab facility
10:30 a.m.- Group B returns to the hotel
1:15 p.m.- Group B please meet in Caribbean Foyer for shuttle to wet lab facility
2:30 p.m.- Group A returns to the hotel
5:45 p.m.- Group B returns to the hotel
Wet lab certificates will be distributed on the day of your lab with your wet lab notebook. A digital copy will also be emailed. Please note that your badge must be scanned into the session to be marked as ‘attended’ and receive a digital certificate.
This program #20-1301871 has been RACE approved for 49.50 hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval, with 32.5 hours available to an individual Veterinarian attendee and 25 hours available to an individual Technician attendee. Conference attendees’ CE hours will be reported to AAVSB/RACEtrack.
