Each 8×10 foot booth space includes:
Gulf Coast Expo is the preferred drayage company to handle exhibits and setup. We highly recommend utilizing their services for shipping materials to the event. They will ensure your shipment is placed at your designated booth at the time of setup.
Booth assignments are made according to sponsorship level, the exhibitor’s request, the Educational Partner’s level, the date the exhibit contract was received and with care to separate competing exhibitors where possible.
AAVSB/RACE Information
AAVSB/RACE program # 20-1130534 will be approved for continuing education (CE) credits. Veterinarians may earn up to 27 hours of CE credits and veterinary technicians may earn up to 20 hours of CE credits. Each 50-minute lecture is equal to one (1) CE credit. For your convenience in recording your CE hours, one certificate will be included in your registration packet. It is your responsibility to document the sessions you attend and the number of hours you receive. Conference attendees’ CE hours will be reported to AAVSB/RACEtrack.
