Veterinarian, team member and veterinary student registrations include access to all continuing education sessions, the exhibit hall, lunch on Friday and Saturday, conference proceedings and all breaks and special events held in the exhibit hall.
The spouse/guest pass includes access to the exhibit hall, lunch on Friday and Saturday, and all breaks and special events held in the exhibit hall. This pass does not include CE credit or access to conference proceedings.
On-site registration will be available at the FVMA registration desk at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek in the West Foyer.
REGISTRATION DESK HOURS
Thursday, April 20 from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Friday, April 21 from 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, Apil 22 from 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Cancellations should be submitted to the FVMA in writing via email to meetings@fvma.org and acknowledged by the deadlines noted below to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations after these dates and no-shows are not refundable.
CONFERENCE PASSES
The cancellation deadline for a full refund of registration fees minus a $50 administrative charge is March 13, 2023.
WET LAB REGISTRATION
The cancellation deadline for a 50% refund on the wet lab fee is April 7, 2023.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
All booth reservations are final. No cancellations or refunds.
Name badges are required and will be checked when attending all conference functions. You must be a registered conference attendee to receive a badge. An attendee traveling with a spouse/guest who does not want to attend the continuing education sessions may purchase a spouse/guest badge.
Persons with disabilities who plan on attending the FVMA Annual Conference and need auxiliary aids or services can make arrangements for these resources by contacting the FVMA office at (800) 992-3862 no later than March 13, 2023.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the FVMA’s conferences and/or other activities, constitutes an agreement by the registrant for the FVMA’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image and/or voice. This includes the use and distribution of photographs, video, electronic reproductions, and audio of registrants/attendees at any and all events and activities.
All attendees must agree to the FVMA Photo Release Consent Form at the time of registration located in the Terms & Conditions section.

AAVSB/RACE Information
This program #20-990988 is approved for continuing education credits. Veterinarians and veterinary technicians may earn up to 14 hours from continuing education lectures. Veterinarians that attend a wet lab may earn up to 24 hours of continuing education credits. Veterinary technicians that attend a wet lab may earn up to 16 hours of continuing education credits. Each 50-minute lecture is equal to one (1) continuing education credit. For your convenience in recording your CE hours, one certificate will be included in your registration packet. It is your responsibility to document the sessions you attend and the number of hours you receive. Conference attendees’ CE hours will be reported to AAVSB/RACEtrack.
